Location: Florence, KY

This position requires on-call support during non-business hours.

 

·         Should have very good knowledge in Powerbuilder and Sysbase technologies.

·         Experience in support project will be an added advantage.

·         Should have good written and oral communication skills,

·         Should have valid H1 B visa with 6year of experience,

·         Experience in customer communication is must.

·         Awareness of Managed Services is desirable.

·         Should have Good Knowledge on Incident management.

·         Problem management and change management process.

·         Good experience in Root Cause Analys.

·         Experience is incident management tools like Remedy is an added advantage.
