Requirements Details:

Role:PeopleSoft Security Testing Lead – HCM 9.1
Location:Dearborn MI
Duration:6 months+

Deliverables:

•          Security Test Strategy
•          Security Test Scenarios
•          Test Cases
•          Security Defect metrics
•          Daily/Weekly Status Reports

Responsibilities:

•          Define PeopleSoft 9.1 Security testing strategy.
•          Has good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Population and Page based Access Restrictions to provide guidance to the team.
•          Translate the Security Matrix delivered by Technical team to build exhaustive Test Scenarios.
•          Assists  Security Functional Testers in understanding of Genesis PeopleSoft 9.1 Security requirements
•          Develop effective functional Test Cases
•          Reviewing test scenarios with Business/IT stakeholders
•          Coordinate Test  execution activities with the offshore testing  specialists
•          Share test metrics with Project Team
•          Coordinates Defect Management Process

Skills required:

•          Basic PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Functionality Knowledge – Core HR, Security, Position Mgmt, Global Payroll (preferred)
•          Ability to Translate Security Matrix to Test Scenarios and Test Execution as required.
•          Ability to lead the team and bring defects to closure.
•          Excellent communication skills
