Total Experience Required: 5+ years
Mandatory Technical Skills:
More than 5 years of development experience in JBoss Application Server or EAP AND
o JBoss ESB or SOA-P (note this is not the same as App Server)
o Java development
o Java EE (MDB, JCA, etc)
o Apache Ant
o Subversion
o Eclipse IDE
o Web Services (SOAP)
o WebSphere MQ
o XML
Note: Direct JOBSS experience is mandatory, Java developers are not qualified
Desirable Technical Skills:
o WebSphere Business Integrator ? Message Broker
o Oracle DBMS
o UNIX scripting
o Linux
o SOAPUI
Mandatory Functional Skills:
1) Prepare High level and low level Design Docs
2) Experience doing Proof of Concept
3) Development, Testing Experience
4) Prepare test plan, strategy for large projects
5) Experience in providing estimates
6) Ability to drive design discussion/reviews by self with Architect
Desirable Functional Skills:
1) Planning of tasks
2) Status reporting every two days to project manager
3) Participate in technical discussions with Architects
