Position : Java Developer
Location : Glastonbury/Hartford CT
Duration : 3-6 Months

Must Have :
working experience with JPA
working experience with EhCache MemCache

Required:
Minimum of 4-5+ years of hands-on Java and web application development experience
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software development best practices
Some experience with the Java 5 Enterprise stack (JSF, EJB, JPA, Seam) is required
Strong SQL knowledge and database development (MySQL 5.x is a major plus)
Front end development experience such as JSP and JavaScript (JSF and IceFaces preferred)
Experience using build tools such as Maven and Ant
Understanding of IOC / dependency injection frameworks
Apache and JBoss 4.x, 5.x application servers
Proven ability to work independently at designing, developing and delivering solutions
Relevant academic degree in computer science or a quantitative field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
