Job Title: Functional / Business Analyst

Location: HOUSTON TX 77002

Duration: 12 month(s)

MUST Need someone with Oil & Gas Industry Experience.

 Description/Comment:

·         Identifies and documents business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.

·         Collects and organizes data.

·         Conducts interviews to gather business requirements.

·         Assists in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities.

 Level 3 Requirements:

·         Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent and 5-7 years of related and progressively more responsible experience.

·         Performs a challenging range and variety of complex technical or professional work activities.

·         Undertakes work which requires the application of fundamental principles in a wide and often unpredictable range of contexts.

·         Has an in-depth understanding of a discipline and of the interactions between various disciplines and/or functions.

·         May provide direction to more junior staff. Works under broad direction.

·         Is fully accountable for own technical work and/or project/supervisory responsibilities.

 Additional Job Details:

·        In need of a Business Analyst for Refinery Scheduling Implementation currently in beginning stages of Design.

·         BA responsible for understanding the end to end crude to customer value chain, analyzing as-is system capabilities and business requirements vs to-be, contributing to the Reporting approach, leading Reporting Design workshops, test preparation, and test execution.

·         Local resources preferred.
