Job Requirement: 8-10 years experience.
Roles and Responsibilities : The technical analyst will perform the following functions (lifecycle testing plus more): 1. Creates and/or modifies test plans, scripts, and data for applications testing 2. Not traditional QA: a key role of several is to meet with programmers as needed to discuss details of technical problems, running the gamut from application interface issues, data issues, and integration from one app to another 3. Does not have to solve problems: understands and delegates to appropriate Shell IT groups and 3rd parties 4. Logs, tracks, and runs down defects until resolved 5. Generates test status reports for distribution to all project team members 6. Discusses and resolves IT issues with development and QA test environments 7. With project PM, meets with 3rd party vendors weekly to discuss technical status, issues, and risks; takes notes and executes on actions rapidlyTechnical Skills and Experience: MANDATORY: 1. -->Business Analysis(L3)-Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. Provide overall business and systems analysis and esign support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes. Provide testing feedback to technology and monitor adherence to functional requirements Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements of customer. Adjust priorities according to changes in requirements and workload. Assist Overall Program's project manager in making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshore delivery. Provides Training and Operational support to business unit. Provide training to existing staff on and off site training and demos as needed. Assistant advise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incoming resources. May be a subject matter
>Business Analyst(L3)-Excellent knowledge of specfic process and familiarity with the other upstream processes. Should have practical experience in a Business Analyst Role. Should be able to map the business process onto application requirements. Able to make customer presentations/proposals and influence the customer. Is well versed with latest trends/regulations in the upstream domain. Should be able to drive customer workshops and lead requirement gathering phase. Has good understanding of the latest IT trends driving upstream industry

-->Oil and Gas Industry(L2)-With at least 6-8 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Downstream business, possibly should have worked in minimum two downstream related functions
