Required Skill:-
Need a strong QA person with direct (Microsoft SQL Server) SSIS experience. Attributes:
Strong QA leadership (Assigning ownership, SOP development)
QA experience directly related to SSIS and Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
Good communication and documentation skills
Hands on do-er, not just manager
Team Foundation Server experience
Good mentoring skills
Review / QA SSIS packages, assign ownership, develop Standard Operating Procedures, QA scripting, set overall quality objectives, documentation development, mentoring, manage package import/export with Team Foundation Server
SSIS, Quality Assurance, scripting (VB.NET), leadership, clear communication (oral, written), documentation, mentoring personality
