Position: Test Lead

Location: Columbus, IN

Duration: 8+ months

Experience Required:8years

Mandatory Skills Required:
o Overall 8+  years IT experience out of which 5+ in Testing and Test Automation.

o Broad experience in using IBM Rational Tools - RPT and RFT

o Must have at least 3+ years Testing Experience using IBM Rational Tools.

o Must understand  how the Rational Tools can be plugged with Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA Suite 11g.

o Must be able to leverage the Rational Tools for setting up Continuous Testing.

o Must be proficient in putting up the Strategy for testing, Test Cases Development and Guidelines.

Role and Responsibility :

• Must be proficient in using IBM rational Tools.

• Must have executed Functional and Performance / Load Testing using IBM rational tools.

• Must have worked as a Test Lead for an SOA project, where-in IBM Rational Tools have ben configured and used to execute test cases.

• Preferred to have Oracle Fusion Middleware Technologies.

• Should be proficient in putting up the Strategy for testing, Test Cases Development and Guidelines for conducting them.
