Role : Oracle R12 HRIS consultants

Duration : 1+ years

Location : Irvine, CA

 

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle R12 HRIS Techno/Functional Contractor/Consultant for a year + assignment that can step into a senior role and support the technical team and the users as they expand and upgrade their application modules. 

 

Responsibilities :

·         Analyzing and coding RICE (Reports Interface Conversions and Extensions) Objects

·         Strong working knowledge of the following modules:  Advanced Benefits, Employee/Manager Self Service, Resource Manager and Incentive
Compensation (upgrades and enhancements to all)

·         Must have OBIEE Reporting

·         ADP Connection/Payforce +++++

·         3-5 Years of PL/SQL and OA framework

 

Much of responsibilities will be involved with complex troubleshooting and resolving issues with these modules.  Must be able to create technical specifications must know SW Testing and Processing, including UAT, documentation and user support.

 

Extensive user contact is required and need to have strong communications skills written and oral.
