POSITION DESCRIPTION
Participates in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and production support of an e-prescribing ("eRX") solution comprised of a new UI, business and integration services and data model. The solution is meant to integrate with and provide a new intake channel for a legacy system as well as serve as an initial step of a multi-year initiative to transform the legacy system into a more advanced, flexible and recent technology platform with processes that more closely align to current business needs.
This role is primarily responsible for the gapping and traceability of the business and functional requirements to the solution in addition to the design, consolidation and maintenance of the MailRX common message types, schemas and data mappings
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
· Work independently to build functional requirements, wireframe design and detailed design documentation under any technology
· Manage business expectations while developing the Functional requirements based on business requirements
· Proven expertise working on Enterprise Integration (B2B and A2A) projects using XML in a service based environment
· Expertise analyzing, reverse engineering and documenting enterprise, cross platform applications
· Strong expertise in Data Mapping and Systems Interface Analysis/Design
· Experience defining required processes and designing message driven workflows involving user interaction and exception processing
· Expertise in leading the gathering, reviewing, analyzing and prioritizing and transforming of business requirements into functional, systems as well as capturing non-functional requirements
· Prior expertise working as or closely with a Business Analyst on requirements gathering and gap analysis efforts.
· Strong experience with XML, XSD, XSL a must and exposure to / understanding of JAXB preferred
