Looking for a candidate with 2-5 years' experience in US Staffing for our Consulting Services Department.

 

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation: Negotiable

Qualification: MBA preferred

 

Job Description:

Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.

Must be able to shortlist candidate profiles in High volume/High Churn recruitment environment

Should be methodical in process & follow Recruitment Best Practices

Knowledgeable about IT market in USA.

Knowledgeable about USA immigration like, H1B, etc

 

Responsibilities:

Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.

Detailed analysis of the JD – to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.

Need to search profiles on various job portals

Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.

Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboarding's.

Maintaining own database.

Must be consistent in preparing & submitting daily/ weekly reports to superior(s)
