Position: QlikView Applications Designer/Developer
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• 5+ years hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade solutions is a plus - using Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, SQL Server
• 2+ years developing QV Applications
• UI experience is a plus – HTML, JavaScript, jQuery
• SOA technology experience is a plus – XML, SOAP, REST, JSON
• Experience developing high-availability, multi-tiered web applications
• Experience in an Agile development environment
SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE
• Knowledge of Reporting, and/or Data Analysis
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data visualization
• User interface design experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• B.S. in a Computer Science, Information Systems related degree, or significant related professional experience
• 5+ years' experience in an IT or Business environment
• 5+ years in a web application developer role
• 2+ years in QV Development Experience
• Excellent communications skills interacting with technical and business audiences
• Microsoft developer certification a plus
• QlikView certification preferred
