Job Description:

The Judiciary is looking for a STRONG Senior JAVA developer with experience converting / enabling  web based applications for support of mobile devices

 

Requirements:

 

 - The candidate should possess skills at the level of a senior developer in JAVA, Struts, JSF, EJB, IBatis and other Java technologies.

 - The contractor should have excellent mastery in HTML 5 and CSS 3.0

 - The candidate should have experience working on projects that involve converting web applications into one that supports mobile devices.

 - The candidate should be able to define standard practices for such application development.

 - The candidate should be able to work independently and have a big picture view of  application development.

 - The candidate should have knowledge of different tools and software and be able to provide suggestions.

 - The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work as a team often playing mentor to others.

 

The Judiciary is NOT looking to develop mobile apps. They are looking to enable existing applications to be used by mobile devices.

 

Required/Desired Skills

·         Coding, testing, and debugging in JAVA Required 5 Years

·         Struts Required 5 Years

·         JSF Required 5 Years

·         EJB, Required 5 Years

·         HTML 5 Required 1 Years

·         CSS 3.0 Required 1 Years
