-->Desktop Support: Works independently towards providing support for escalated troubleshooting requirements (L2 support). Expert on knowledge tools, client management tools and remote control software to help resolve at least 80% of calls routed to him/her , without having to dispatch to service partners or desk side support technician. In-depth knowledge of technical skills in hardware, MS Operating Systems, Network, Remote Connectivity and process knowledge to ensure quality in desktop support business.
-->Windows Desktop Support: Board issue diagnosis of Motherboard and Processor issue, Install and configure bio-metric devices, Install and configure touch pad devices, AD Configuration of firewall like opening up ports, setting exception lists, Advanced configuration/customizing anti-virusoftware, configuration/customizing anti-spyware software, Advanced repair installation to prevent data loss, Modifying registry entries as needed, Remove detected Virus, Remove detected spyware, Replacing the hardware which has failed
-->EUC Admin: Excellent expertise in Remote troubleshooting hardware and operating system related issues for Desktops and Laptops. Advanced Remote troubleshooting skills on Windows operating systems, desktop applications and LAN troubleshooting and Knowledge on OS performance to Working with other IT groups to resolve and analyze BSOD, application crashes, event log issues (WMI/DCOM/etc.)
