Senior Business Analyst (Process Analysis)

Location: White Plains, NY

In-person at the client location required – Locals are highly desired

 

Skills:

·        Proven facilitator of process, requirements and change management for complex projects

·        Extensive experience in analyzing business processes

·        Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements.

·        Must have expertise in implementation, deployment, documentation, user training, testing, and go-live.

·        Experience in bid processes including creating request for proposals and evaluating vendor responses.

·        Experience in Small to midsize project management practices and procedures (ie. scheduling, assignment, review of project work, scope change management and schedule updating)

·        Develop project documentation utilizing user workshops.

·        Explore and document business processes

·        Identify and document business requirements

·        An understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology and to clearly state and summarize technical information.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

·        Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Project

·        Electric Utility experience is highly desired.

·        Exceptional oral and written communication skills
