§ Experience in Configuration management of building LPARs and configuring the hardware devices that support them.
§ Experience in configuring LUN and map it to host on IBM SAN storage DS 4700 with SM client Version 9.
§ Worked closely with DBAs and Application team to resolve SAP and Oracle database instance installations.
§ Systems administrator providing support for production and development systems.
§ Provided support by 24/7 shift rotation basis.
§ Positive attitude in challenging situations under pressure and with very limited resources.
