ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and development as part of unified Voice Operations team in Cisco UCCE contact center environment.

 

1. Troubleshoot operational failures; monitor system operations in Cisco UCCE environment.

2. Consult with business and technical stakeholders regarding Cisco UCCE products and solutions.

3. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, change management and security controls.

4. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

 

Top Three Skills/Experience:

 

1. Proficient use of CISCO ICM (version 8 or above) components

2. CISCO UCCE troubleshooting skills

3. Proficient use of CISCO Unified Communications Manager (CUCM version 7 or above)

 

Required Skills/Experience:

 

1. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

2. Extensive Proficiency in use of Cisco ICM (version 8 or above) components.

3. Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM version 7 or above).

4. MS SQL Server Management Studio and SQL queries.

5. Cisco UCCE troubleshooting is required.

6. Cisco CVP components.

7. Cisco CTI/OS Agent Desktop.

8. Cisco Response Applications (CRA) Historical Reports or Exony reporting

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

10. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

11. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

 

Educational Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

· Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related experience preferred.
