•    Cluster and HA management with VMS/Open VMS
•    System Backup and Restore
•    Microcode/Patch/Firmware  update
•    Trouble shooting of Problems
•    VMS/Open VMS  System  Performance Management – Analysis and Tuning
Preferred Skills
•    ITIL based IM,PM,CM  activities related to Support Groups
•    Perl/Shell  Scripting
•    Knowledge & experience in other UNIX flavours like Solaris, HP/UX, Linux  etc.
