Desired Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, design or programming and the associated development methodologies.

- Experience with BPM tools such as TIBCO, Appian, IBM Lombardi, Oracle, Pegassystems, Software AG, etc. (Experience with any one of these is good)

- Candidate must have webMethods 7.1.x (webMethods 8.x nice to have) experience.

- Understanding of multiple business process standards and methodologies
