Skill Profile Required
. 5-6+ years relevant work experience, Customer /Business facing experience is must
. Strong interpersonal verbal, presentation and written communication skills
. Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements
. Ability to effectively collaborate and co-ordinate across business and technology team
. Ability to build relationships with partners to for smooth coordination
. Demonstrated experience working directly with business clients and end users
. Demonstrated experience organizing and facilitating meetings, including: setting agendas, leading discussion, and summarizing results and action items
. Adept and comfortable with asking clarifying questions and probing for specifics on ambiguous and/or conflicting information
. Adept at identifying gaps in business process information and taking partners to close these knowledge gaps
. Strong self-directed worker, comfortable with ambiguity
Roles & Responsibilities :
. UAT Coordinator.
. Responsible for coordinating the UAT Activities across different teams related to UAT test Planning & Execution activities
