· At least 7 years experience as a business analyst
· Strong Communication & written skills
· Skills should be more on the business side vs. the programming/system side.
· Good grasp of analysis, defining processes, requirement gathering, self starter and directed, able to do some of the QA Testing is required.
· Interface with Client Employees to pull business requirements-production environment
· Financial background-reimbursement and financial calculations exp helpful
· Education or Government experience is preferred.
