Duration: 6+ Months 

 

·            7 years of relevant industry experience with web technologies and object-oriented languages. Good hands-on experience with Rich UI development.

·            Deep understanding of, and industry experience developing in, the following: Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Object Oriented Programming Languages, Application Servers, HTML, Flash/Flex, JavaScript, Ajax, GTK, XML, SOAP, Web Services, Core Java, and Enterprise Service Bus middleware.

·            Working knowledge of architecture and design patterns. 

·            Deep understanding of multithreading and real-time software architectures

·            Experience in managing large-scale projects and development teams.

·            Effective leader, who is well organized, can clearly articulate high-level design and low-level details, can delegate and hold team members accountable for delivery.

·            Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
