Job Title: Java Test Automation Engineer (Selenium Required)
Location : Eagan MN (Local Only)
Duration : 6 Months

Must Be Face To Face interview

jOb Responsibilities
Execute test cases/suites for assigned software releases.
Develop test scripts/testing solutions through analysis of product specifications, software requirements
specifications, and software prototypes.
Design and Develop automated tests in Java, Selenium or other programming languages to conduct testing at various
architectural layers of an enterprise application.
Drive technology decisions for the automation framework to enhance our ability to test with agility.
Develop the test strategy for the areas assigned by analyzing requirements, design and overall project goals.
Analyze, triage & document all issues discovered during testing. Verify and close issues resolved during the release
cycle.
Update test cases when appropriate to reflect changes in product functionality or requirements.
Actively participate in planning, estimation, and prioritization processes to ensure successful execution of testing
activities.
Partner and build relationships with others throughout the testing, software development and business
organizations. This is an Agile development environment.

Skills
Aptitude for solving complex analytical and technical problems independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3-5 years Java development experience and solid understanding of OO-based analysis, design, processes &
techniques.
Experience writing SQL queries and Oracle Database Knowledge
Knowledge of Xml
Exposure to agile and test driven development methodologies
Deadline and detail oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and quickly drive resolution of issues
Strong collaboration skills
Experience with software test methodologies
Experience with Fitnesse and Selenium a plus
