REQ :: Legacy Network Engineer in WI :: EAD, GC or Citizen Only

Position : Legacy Network Engineer

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Duration : 3-6+ Months

EAD, GC or Citizen Only

Description: Must have Nortel and Cisco Networking experience. Customer has a legacy Nortel core switch infrastructure, and is moving to a Cisco core. They need someone to help shore things up on the Nortel side but that also knows the Cisco side as well. This is an immediate need for our client, and it requires on site interview of a potential resource.

Current state of client's network infrastructure:

·         Nortel 8800 series core switch

·         Nortel 8600 series server switches

·         In need of staff aug resource for up to 6months to assist with stabilizing existing network, and to work with Ahead Cisco network architects to work on Roadmap for upgrade to Cisco Core (Nexus) and edge network
