Position: SiteCore Web Developer

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Responsibilities

• Use existing wireframe document and design to build new site using repurposed code from old site.
• Designs are built, coded, configured, and tested.
• Update Sitecore layouts meet new design. Changes include removing links to community's, changing structure to remove main product category pages, using existing code to create a new homepage layout for Spanish site.
• Program updates based on UAT feedback, work with Marketing to get approval on site development.
• Collaborate with IT team to promote site through Sitecore environments for deployment.
• Create deployment instructions for IT to promote to production.
• Audit current site and provide a document with suggestions and recommendations for site optimization.
• Programming, unit and integration testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience
• Sitecore Certified Developer
• Extensive experience building front-end consumer facing websites in Sitecore
