Requirements
· Proficient with Java and J2EE platforms. JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, Oracle Java EE, etc.
· Demonstrated Object Oriented Development skills and experience required. MVC frameworks a plus.
· Direct experience implementing J2EE technologies in an SOA environment a big plus.
· Knowledge of browser-based technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, Server Faces.
· Solid knowledge of client database access, schema design, SQL, and Stored Procedures. MySQL a plus.
· Working knowledge of Linux environments, source code control systems, and release management.
· Experience designing and developing web-based portals and single-signon systems helpful.
· Must be able to learn new systems and get "up to speed" quickly.
· Must have excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
· Must be self-motivated and able to perform with limited direction.
· Must be able to take the initiative to be productive and efficient.
· Must possess high integrity and professional work ethic. "Good enough" is not an option.
· Responsible and willing to "get the job done" while having fun at the same time.
· Degree preferred, but may be replaced by experience. High aptitude and an open-minded nature are required. Education and applicable experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
· Experience required: 3+ years of complex system development, at least 2+ years with Java.

· Creation and implementation of object-oriented code libraries and standards for consistent product rollouts.
· Design and implementation of a centralized Service Delivery portal to support all aspects of the business.
· Development of reporting warehouses, reporting engines, and business analytics.
· Integration of third-party products within core platform to enhance overall product offering.
· Development and integration of process efficiency improvements for field and operational systems; including billing, inventory, provisioning, and financial systems.
· Enhancement of existing inventory and product management systems.
· Documentation of changes and source code management.
· Mentoring and knowledge sharing with peers and management.
