Skills Required and Job Description:

Expenses Paid EAD/GC/USC Only REQUIRED: The selected candidate will have the option after entrenching to work remotely. Primary responsibilities will include executing database maintenance procedures such as adding datafiles, compiling objects, scheduling concurrent requests, and running diagnostic scripts. The candidate should be skilled and comfortable with ERP Systems experience in a Technical Support or Help Desk environment. The candidate will be tasked with continuously updating technical and procedural documentation based on increasing productivity and client satisfaction for both unique and repetitive situations. In addition, Senior Managers and Line Managers may assign ad-hoc requests and tasks as needed in support of related servers and applications and client needs.  To Qualify candidates should possess the following:   Familiarity with RDMBS functions or PL/SQL programming in an Oracle Database environment (test or production) Familiarity with UNIX navigation and basic commands is a plus Demonstrated technical and client communication skills (written and verbal); sound judgment, and ability to efficiently handle a variety of client situations. 1 to 3 years' experience in a Technical Support or Help Desk environment a plus  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
