NEED ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES, NO PHONE SCREEN, DIRECT FTF INTERVIEW AND HIRE

Job responsibilities:
Resources will be working on large projects with tight timeframes. Systems are existing and require development for major enhancements in conjunction with PeopleSoft upgrade. Solid Java/Javascript experience is required

as are very good communication skills. Must have experience with J2EE development as opposed to middleware. Must have used popular frameworks, such as Struts as well as experienced with Websphere Portal

development (not administration) and SQL development. Strong analytical skills and recent hands-on development experience is necessary. Must be able to explain and document major application design decisions and

their rationales to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience on large-scale projects in large corporations is sought.

Required Skills:
•        Very good communication skills
•        Java J2EE development
•        Struts experience
•        XML/XSLT
•        HTML
•        JavaScript
•        WebSphere Application server (development not administration)
•        SQL development
•        Eclipse based IDE tools
 
Nice-to-have Skills:
•        Tiles experience would be a plus
•        PeopleSoft
