Specific duties for these two analysts will be to work together to complete an analysis of the work required to decommission the current HR System we are using for Canadian employees: Accero.
Historical Information for these employees will be transitioned to the Wells Fargo PeopleSoft system, with payroll functions handled by CloudPay by 1/1/2014.
Skills:
The candidate will need in-depth knowledge of both Accero and PeopleSoft - 4+ years' experience in both are preferable
- 4+ years non-negotiable on PeopleSoft - can accept a bit less in Accero, but some experience there is a must as well.
Specifically, the analyst will require extensive experience with payroll and benefits data.

Duties include the ability to work independently at a senior level with our business partners in the US and Canada (no travel) through the duties required for the decommission of Accero and disposition of the historical data - as well as defining and designing any tasks on the current Wells PeopleSoft system to house these employees' information there.

We expect these analysts to be extremely experienced and skilled, and able to work independently on the project effort, and lead the work from the systems project end. Many details remain to be worked out and will need to be finalized by the persons we bring onboard.
