Interview Process: First Technical Phone Screening, Final in–person interview

Successful candidates must pass a security background check prior to beginning work.

Essential Knowledge:

• This position requires a sound knowledge of Applications and database design, C#, ASP.NET 4.0, SQL Server 2008, SSIS, SQL Reporting services, Team Foundation Server.

Essential Abilities:

• The position requires a person who can communicate well, have a good computer science background, work under minimum supervision, who pays close attention to detail, who is able to follow standards and procedures, who can work under stressful conditions and who can work with others of a non-technical type. 

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• The desirable candidate will not only have C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server background, but will also be knowledgeable in Object Oriented Programming, Data warehouse, mobile application development. 
• Use of the Help-desk system is a desirable, though not required, trait. 
• Knowledge of Welfare systems, although again not required, is a very desirable trait.
