Skills Needed:

WebSphere MQ V7.x Publish/Subscribe Implementation.            Required             5              Years

WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus V7.0.              Required             5              Years

Web services related protocols and standards: SOAP, WSDL, JAX-WS.     Required             5              Years

Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE), including the Java Message Services (JMS) API and Java EE Connector Architecture (JCA) API.  Required             5              Years

Health care system testing including interfaces between various systems             Required             5              Years

Experience with unit, smoke, integration, load and stress testing.             Required             7              Years

Hands on experience in developing use cases and perform functional testing.    Required             7              Years

Health Level 7 (HL7) International standards for the exchange, integration, sharing, and retrieval of electronic health information.       Nice to have       3              Years

Agile software development.     Nice to have       3              Years

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).       Nice to have       3              Years
