1. Experience in Telecom Domain with Siebel Trouble Tickets and Fault mgmt. apps integrations with Siebel (e.g. Remedy to Siebel)

2. Experience in CTI integration with Siebel and Siebel Call Center.

     3. Good understanding of order mgmt.

     4. Nice to have TOM knowledge of 'Service Problem Management' and 'Problem Handling' areas.

                                                    Desirable Technical Skills   

1.      Strong experience in Siebel CRM and Siebel Call Center

2.      Total Experience Required ----------------------------7

3.      Duration ---------------------------------------------------1Year

                                                                                           2. Role:  Siebel Business Analyst- Product And Pricing

                                                  Mandatory Technical Skills

1.       Mandatory Technical Skills   4+ years of experience in Siebel configuration.

2.       Desirable Technical Skills --- Experience in other technology areas in Siebel CRM like Assignment Manager, DVM, EAI, EIM

                                    Mandatory Functional Skills

1.       The person has to play the role of Business Analyst in Product and Pricing/Support and Service area.

2.       Experience in Siebel Communication.

3.       Should have excellent Communication Skills and Customer handling

4.       Total Experience Required ---------------------------------------------------------10

5.       Duration----------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 Year

                                           3. Role:  Siebel Call Centre BSA  

                             Mandatory Technical and Functional Skills

1.       8-10+ years of Siebel CRM Experience.

2.       Expertise in Siebel eCommunication vertical.

3.       Have played the role of Siebel business analyst for customers across Telecom or  Communication industry

4.       Strong Functional knowledge in Siebel email response, Customer 360 degree view, assignment manager, service request and activity management, Siebel CTI.

5.       Experience of Siebel CRM based solution design and Fit Gap Analysis, should be able to guide the customer selecting right solution Customer Facing and good oral, documentation and written communication skill .

                                Desirable Functional Skills

1.       Experience in service management, order and contract management

2.       Total Experience Required ----------------------------7
