Job Description:-

Description:

Relevant Experience: 12+ Years of IT; 5+ years of experience as Project Manager.

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:
1. Candidate must have 12+ Years of experience in IT along with 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
2. Having knowledge in Health Insurance industry will be advantage.
3. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
4. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
5. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
6. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
7. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
8. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
9. Track project milestones and deliverables.
10. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
11. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
12. Pro actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
13. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
14. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Desired Technical/Functional Skills:
1. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
2. Good Communication skills verbal and non-verbal are Must.
3. Good knowledge on Waterfall and Agile methodology.
4. Knowledge about Clarity will be preferred.
