Business Systems Analyst
Location:  Long Island, NY
Duration: 6 months+

Rate: $48/hr

 

In-person interview required after telephonic.

Requirements:

·         Must have call center experience

·         Project Management experience a plus

·         Business Analyst experience (technical)

·         Experience with Genesys platforms a must

·         Excellent Documentation Skills

·         Excellent Communication skills
