NOTE: SURE SHOT PLACEMENT CLIENT IS EAGARLY NEED A CANDIDATE WHO CAN START IMMEDIATE

Job Title :  Network Security Engineer
Location : Commack NY or St Louis MO
Duration : 12+ Month Contract

REQUIRED:
Must have 5+ years security engineering experience.
Must be security certified by an accredited institution or consortium (ex: ISC2, ISACA, SANS, etc.)
Must have in-depth experience of security concepts, topologies, products, and assessments.
Must have the willingness to learn and be an intuitive thinker.
Must have strong communication and documentation skills.
Must have the ability to drive a project from start-to-completion with limited direction.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Web-Application Security, Threat Management, Web-filtering, Malware/Anti-bot, IPS, HIPS, DMZ architecture, Log Management, use of authentication principles, use of encryption, data-loss prevention, and mobile-security concepts.
Be familiar with incident-response processes and execution.
Experience with Qualys, Checkpoint, Websense, Juniper-SA, RSA, or similar products.
Understand the importance of information security policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards.
