Position  : Sr. Business Analyst
Location : Eagan,MN
Contract : 6 Months Contact to hire

Rate : 40/hr on C2C or 1099 MAXX

 

EAD Green Card and US Citizen ONLY

 

Must Have :
8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
Very strong analytical and communication skills
Strong Systems Requirements background
Previous experience gathering and flushing out requirements from various Business Units.
Previous experience creating very detailed deliverables and the ability to break those down to layman's terms

Healthcare Background
Quality Center experience
Previous Claims Adjudication/Claims Processing system upgrade experience

 

Role
This person will be responsible for taking business requirements from various Business Units within the organization and turning those requirements into systems.
This person will work with development teams and various business units to gather system requirements for an upgrade to RXClaims- a transactional  database that processes claims.
This person will receive an assignment for a release to be completed on 12 week cycles
The main responsibilities will be to gather requirements, scope documents, create detailed project plans and cost estimates by negotiating with Business Units, Developers and QA teams.
Create resource plans and negotiate scope with development and business units.
Testing of RXClaims system
Write system shell requirements
Document current- and future-state plans and proposals
Write "what the system shall do" statements.
Available for UAT test support
Upload finished system plan to Quality Center, review design, view test cases.
