Job Description:
Business Intelligence Database Developer/Architect responsible for aggregating data from multiple sources in an efficient data warehouse and designing enterprise-level solutions for multidimensional databases.
Responsibilities/skills:
10+ years database development experience
Design, plan, monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations to support existing BI systems
Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
Experience with ETL
Being able to understand and modify ETL scripts to add/remove new data elements
Back-end Server Development – Configure, deploy, maintain (UNIX Shell Scripting including Python).
Database Concept Design and Data Modeling.
Create models for effective solutions
Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications
SQL, PL/SQL Scripting.
Oracle, SQL-SERVER or MYSQL Database proficiency.
\Writing relational and multidimensional database queries.
Being able to source data from multiple sources to draw conclusions and produce efficient running queries
Analyze data contained in the current database reports, and be able implement solutions free of data integrity issues.
Skills Inventory Skill Experience Need
1) Develop with SQL queries Expert Required
2) Oracle, SQL-SERVER or MYSQL Database profic Expert Required
3) Data architect Intermediate Required
4) Database Concept Design and Data Modeling Intermediate Required
