Job description: It is new toolset (OIM 11gr2) from Oracle, Infosys has very limited experience (implemented at just 1 other customer), lack of OIM experienced resources in the current talent pool at offshore and onshore as well. So must need a people working knowledge of 11g R2 will be only solution. The role we are thinking of is Technical Architect to be utilized for OIM development with WD
