Experience : 6 Yrs and above
Skills Required:
· Team Lead skills
· Project Management Skills
· Advanced certification done in Cisco Voice . (CCIE, NCTS etc)
· Very good knowledge on Cisco Voice architecture. Should be able to design Enterprise voice network.
· Able to design new sites based on customer requirement and configure Voice services.
· Hands on Experience with Cisco voice devices.
· Work experience in Cisco IPT Migration projects from Legacy PBXs like Nortel / Avaya.
· Good Knowledge in Contact center Platform administration and maintenance (Primary: Cisco, Secondary: Avaya)
· Very good experience in Voice Solution design/ Architect/ Implementation/ Management/ Operations
· Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools
· Strong knowledge in IP address management
· Very good knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP. The candidate must exhibit knowledge in Voice administration, Maintenance and Management skills.
· ITIL Foundation/ Practitioner/ Manager Certified/ Trained
· Knowledge of MS Office, Visio & Projects is a must.
· Experience with process improvement and the ability to document processes and procedures
· Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers.
· Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs
