Responsibilities:

• supporting multiple OBIEE 10g and 11g environments on Windows servers,  including troubleshooting issues with all OBIEE components, Java, and WebLogic
• upgrading OBIEE components
• installing and supporting related products such as Noetix
• working within established deadlines

supporting other 3^rd party server software products on Windows

 

skills Required:

 

One to three years OBIEE software installation, upgrade, configuration, and technical support; OBIEE 11g experience preferred One to three years providing technical support for software installed on Windows Servers One plus years technical experience with Oracle databases and/or datawarehouses (basic SQL, familiarity with Oracle error codes, client software set-up) Basic understanding of Application Server Configuration (WebLogic, Websphere, etc.)

Additional Skills/Qualities not required but would be a plus:
 

Experience with Active Directory Familiarity with Unix/Linux Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite Experience working on a large project
