Position: IP Voice Administrator
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
1. Need 6-8 Yrs profile.
2. Programming of basic call flows, VDNs, vectors.
3. Support the Avaya Voice Portal IVR system
4. Hallmark VoIP certified.
5. Familiar with CODEC Prior experience in designing IVR solution (IVR integration or IVR product development)
6. Creation of CMS reports
7. Additions of new call center agents.
8. Changes to existing call center agents.
9. Gather requirements from business teams who want to expand current call centers or build out new call centers
10. Document call-flows
11. Handle all ticketed requests within a specified period of time and ensure closure of all tickets.
12. Proactively check system health and capacity.
13. Provide and record updates to the ticketing team on all requests.
14. Document existing call flows and maintain the repository of call flow documentation.
15. Physical installation of equipment
16. Support of Call Copy call recording system
17. Support of Witness and Aspect Workforce Management System
18. Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs, infrastructure, and evolving business processes.
19. Ability to work closely with the user community, interprets issues, understand requirements, and rapidly deploy solutions.
20. Ability to work directly with end uses on issue resolution, and process development.
21. Ability to analyze metrics, extracts trending data, provide status reports and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
22. Ability to create and maintain Technical and functional documentation
23. Proficient working with spreadsheets, word documents, and preparing and presenting PowerPoint type presentations to varied audiences including different levels of management and functional groups.
