Description:

Brief Description Of Assignment:
 

This candidate will be responsible for: supporting multiple OBIEE 10g and 11g environments on Windows servers,  including troubleshooting issues with all OBIEE components, Java, and WebLogic upgrading OBIEE components installing and supporting related products such as Noetix working within established deadlines supporting other 3rd party server software products on Windows

Personal Skills Required:
 

Ability to form working relationships with technical and business customers,  as well as the ability to work across functional areas to identify and resolve issues Ability to understand and support complex server software systems Highly self-motivated and flexible Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and handle competing work      requests

Technical Skills Required:
 

One to three years OBIEE software installation, upgrade, configuration, and technical support; OBIEE 11g experience preferred One to three years providing technical support for software installed on Windows Servers One plus years technical experience with Oracle databases and/or datawarehouses (basic SQL, familiarity with Oracle error codes, client software set-up) Basic understanding of Application Server Configuration (WebLogic, Websphere, etc.)

Additional Skills/Qualities not required but would be a plus:
 

Experience with Active Directory Familiarity with Unix/Linux Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite Experience working on a large project
