Location: Eastern Zone

Job Description:

 

Main Responsibilities

·         Leads process improvement efforts

·         Expert in process discovery, documentation, analysis, scoping, and optimization

·         Power user of Blue works Live and Optimizer

·         Identifies business case, key opportunities, and ROI

·         Enforces delivery of KPIs, SLAs, and scoreboards

·         Facilitates discussions for compromise (in scope) and agile planning/management discussions

 

Skills and Expertise

·         Experience with process design, requirements gathering, and facilitation

·         Recognizes common process patterns; can help keep participants focused on topics that matter

·         Empowers participants to document their own user stories

·         Critical analysis and reporting skills

·         Lean and Six Sigma training or certification recommended

·         Knowledge in agile project management

·         Expertise if BPM requirements gathering

·         Has done 1-2 projects (BA)

·         Has done 2-3 project in a lead BA capacity (Lead BA)

·         IBM BPM Analyst Certification – desired

·         Current experience with Blue works Live

·         Process Modeling experience in IBM BPM 7.5 or higher

·         Familiar with IBM BPM Implementation Methodology
