Must Have Skills:  Business Analyst, Retail, Supply Chain and Some Project Management……is huge plus.

 

Required Skills:

• Business Analyst including  project management: 2+ Years
• System Analysis & Requirements Documentation: 2+ Years
• MS Office suite including strong MS PowerPoint and Excel: 2+ Years
• Solid communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong ability to work independently
• Experience working with cross-functional teams within business and IT

 

Good to Have: Quality Center

 

At a high level, this will require interacting with business partners to define business requirements, creating detailed test plans and scripts, and executing tests to ensure bug-free releases. The candidate will: Follow Client 's project lifecycle management process to clearly document requirements and create detailed test plans. Provide creative solutions for business challenges o Effectively communicate with development team, business partners, and management team . Participate in estimation of deliverables with lead and developers o Act as a subject matter expert to clarify business requirements to development team .  Execute test scripts and/or drive testing efforts . Coordinate assigned phases within projects as needed. Discover, troubleshoot, triage, and manage defects identified during testing.
