Requirement Details
Location: JerseyCity,NJ
Duration:  6-12 months

looking for an experienced Oracle and Java application developer to help enhance and support established data warehouse. The ideal candidate would be proficient in database development, user interface development and portal technologies. They would have good working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Java, .Net and WAS.

• Demonstrate expertise in the data warehouse/data mart life cycle, developing and deploying both dimensional and relational models.
• Participate in product development and develop stored procedures, packages in Oracle using PL/SQL
• Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript, .Net, ASP and building user interface.
• Develop/modify batch load scripts
• A minimum of 5 Years of working experience in Oracle database development

• 3+ years professional hands-on experience of the full SDLC in J2EE/Portal based application development.
• Experience with Unix Shell scripting
• Familiarity with translating business/functional requirements into technical requirements
• Ability to use defect and change tracking software tools.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, service-minded attitude and ability to multi-task
