Job Description for Oracle CRM Techno Functional Consultant
Proven experience in implementing solutions involving cross-platform and platform agnostic systems. Extensive work in enterprise applications, significant experience in server configurations using industry best practices as well as documented guidelines.
4 Work pro-actively with business users
4 Business Requirements validation
4 Solution & Functional/Technical Design and System Testing
4 Participate in CRP and UAT sessions
4 User Training
4 Application Setups/Configuration
4 Training Users
4 Ownership of deliverables including customizations and enhancements
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- 9+ years of information technology experience of which at least 6+ years in Oracle E-Business with a focus on Order to Cash processes.
- Good functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle EBS modules like Service Contracts, Order Management, Receivables and Oracle Tele service.
- Experience working in the Oracle EBS R12 environments (preferable) and 11.5.10.2 with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, extensions and customizations.
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Work experience with various integration teams
