Job Description
You will be responsible for working directly with the services developers to receive requests and enable data retrieval for the developers utilizing the data. You will be responsible for writing stored procedures against Oracle databases with PL/SQL as well as writing queries to go along with them. The end result is to provide easy access to data within seconds upon command.
Job Requirements
6+ years experience with PL/SQL
Oracle 10g
Strong background writing queries against databases
Strong background tuning queries (hints,indexes)
Enterprise background working with at least 100-200 tables at a time
Ability to join tables/do hint
Background with:
Trigger
Views
Materialized Views
Query optimizer
Performance plan
Optional Requirements
Background as an Oracle DBA
Unix Shell
Oracle 11g
