Requirement Details:

 

Specialized/Practical Knowledge:

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and individual and large group settings
•Strong, hands-on, experience with Oracle Financial ERP (at least 9+ years)
•Hands-on experience with Operational Support and Management, including management of onshore and offshore people, process, and deliverables (4+ years)
•Ability to multitask, drive resolution to problems/issues/concerns, and administrative and operational sense of urgency, motivated for operational excellence, improvements and progress, and thought and organization leadership
•Strong focus on ensuring technical solutions/outcomes meet customer requirements
•Extensive experience with client communications at an executive and managerial level


Management Skill:

•Leading an Application Support team of 15-20 resources initially with potential for future growth. 

•Coordinates Support activities and actions within Entity

 Interaction:


•Ensures adherence to Process 2 and 3 as it relates to support delivery, functions, model, and tools

•Ensures reporting, analysis, and management of monthly dashboards, statuses, and related KPI/Metrics

•Partners with Michelin and Viso Support Lead

•Represents Entity in the monthly Support Network sessions

Complexity/Problem Solving:

•Manages and/or assists with adherence to additional related activities as requested, appropriate, and needed

•Assists with continuous improvement and progress
