Req : Vertex O Series Operational Support in NY

I have a new Vertex role and I notice that a lot of Oracle Apps candidates have this experience.  Do you have anyone that fits this req?

 

 

Vertex O Series Operational Support

Vertex O Series Operational Support - expertise with Vertex O Series and corporate tax department experience are required:

·         2-3 years primary support for Vertex O Series in a production environment

·         Vertex O Series support to include:

·         General O Series Administration

·         Generating custom reports with Vertex Reporting and Analysis (VRA)

·         Manage the Vertex configuration file, responsible for application upgrades and data updates

·         Work directly with the tax department to assist in the setup and maintenance of the organizations taxpayer structure, the creation of customers, vendors, taxability drivers, and certificates.

·         Basic Red Hat Linux user experience required, TomCat administration experience a plus.  Basic SQL familiarity required to interact with users and DBA's as needed.
