Mandatory Skills:
1.Understand Standards & guidelines of infrastructure
2.Developing and maintaining policies and procedures, ensuring projects are completed within budget guidelines and maintaining best practices for an organization's infrastructure.
3.Technical knowledge of Server Virtulization- Vmware
4.Knowledge of rolliing out application installations including database on Multiplatform OS
5.Multiplatform OS knowledge
6.Understadning of automation for operational tasks.
7.Infrastructure Sizing as per application requirements
8.Knowledge of Infrastructure Integration with various application
9.Understanding of BCP/DR for mission crtitcal applications.
10.Able schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
11.Strong interpersonal skills including effective team communication and collaboration.
12.Operational management of infrastructure adhere to client requirements. 13.Management of mutli application admins to support application installations,deployment and support for development team and deployment of the same in multiple enviornments.
Desirable Technical Skills: High leve understadning of Vmware,Vcloud,Windows,Database,OS integrations
